Welcome to Shadow Ops, a publication by Nathan R. Brown (“we,” “us,” or “our”). • Subscriber Tier subscribers receive access to general content, including exhibits, articles, and podcasts.

• Sponsor Tier subscribers receive additional access to names, places, and documents where legally permissible.

Access to unredacted materials is limited to informational and educational use.

Redistribution or republication of this material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published through Shadow Ops—including text, audio, video, images, and documents—is the property of Nathan R. Brown unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content except for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect subscriber privacy. Personal data collected through Substack (e.g., email address, payment details) is managed according to Substack’s Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share subscriber information.

Because some content involves ongoing legal matters, subscribers agree not to disclose or disseminate any materials outside the publication.

5. No Legal or Professional Advice

All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, professional, or investigative advice. Reliance on any information from Shadow Ops is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Substack. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Because access to premium investigative materials is granted immediately upon subscription, all payments are non-refundable.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, some materials may involve developing legal situations or historical reconstructions. Information is provided “as is,” without warranties of completeness or accuracy. Shadow Ops assumes no liability for how this information is interpreted or used by third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions or access at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of content, or suspected redistribution of unredacted materials.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the publication after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
